Each one of the fifteen passages of Scripture give the Christian a look into real lives as they pertain to their relationship with their God and how to keep those things that could SO easily creep into our lives from entering in the first place. Sometimes we may accept that there are the depressive actions from the outside in, but totally discount what may be going on inside of us that pushes out.
