This Series is actually a work going backwards in verses being used instead of a building forward.  Here’s what I mean by that… The first three sets of verses given were used on the very first print, which is what started the entire process of thinking about this Series.  Then, the next three prints, use the exact same sets of verses, but broken down into individual units.  Finally, the remaining verses are the supporting verses that were used by our Revivalist to get us to the end – the understanding that “I can’t do it”, but “God Can”.

Main Verses of Scripture

Jesus said…

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
John 6:63 | King James Version

God Knows… I can’t do it!

Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.
II Corinthians 3:5-6 | King James Version

Exchange your inability for God’s Ability

And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.
II Corinthians 12:9-10 | King James Version

Knowledge | That I may win Christ

But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,
Philippians 3:7-8 | King James Version
