This Series started with two (2) definitions of Beulah – the Hebrew meaning and then one taken from Bunyan’s Pilgrim’s Progress.

Why Use the Word Beulah?

There are many words that we are not fully aware of in our English Translation Bible, which is derived from the Hebrew and Aramaic, then the New Testament was written in Greek. Oftentimes we do not have the benefit of the rich language use when the translation doesn’t quite capture the meaning to be conveyed. When one looks at the real meaning of the word “Beulah” and the “Marriage Supper of the Lamb” it makes sense because it is speaking of the Groom (in this case, Christ) Celebrating and Claiming His Bride (the Church, us Believers) as His Own.
